Une bonne nouvelle pour le principal march\u00e9 du tertiaire en France alors que l\u2019activit\u00e9 \u00e9tait pass\u00e9e de 662 500 m\u00b2 \u00e0 502 100 m\u00b2 au cours du deuxi\u00e8me trimestre. D\u2019apr\u00e8s le cabinet conseil JLL, cette baisse d\u2019activit\u00e9 au printemps peut s\u2019expliquer par les incertitudes li\u00e9es \u00e0 la p\u00e9riode \u00e9lectorale et par le nombre \u00e9lev\u00e9 de jours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>En parall\u00e8le, <strong>l\u2019investissement en immobilier d\u2019entreprise<\/strong> atteint au premier semestre en France 7 milliards d\u2019euros, soit une baisse de 40% par rapport \u00e0 2016, selon une \u00e9tude de BNP Paribas Real Estate. Cependant, les perspectives pour le deuxi\u00e8me semestre 2017 sont encourageantes, notamment gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la dynamique de l\u2019emploi en Ile-de-France. Toujours d\u2019apr\u00e8s BNP Paribas Real Estate, les pr\u00e9visions pour 2017 en volume dans cette r\u00e9gion sont m\u00eame sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 celles de 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, selon le cabinet Cushman &amp; Wakefield l\u2019<strong>investissement en immobilier d\u2019entreprise<\/strong> au niveau mondial devrait atteindre entre 27 et 30 milliards d\u2019euros en 2017.
