Ces biens avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 acquis par le Groupe en 2015.<\/p>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re cession, faite \u00e0 un investisseur institutionnel pour 13,3 millions d\u2019euros, concerne 2 300 m2 de bureaux occup\u00e9s par une administration au 24 rue Vicq d\u2019Azir dans le 10\u00e8me arrondissement. Apr\u00e8s acquisition en juin et d\u00e9cembre 2015, le <strong>Groupe Terrot<\/strong> a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 d\u2019importants <strong>travaux de r\u00e9habilitation<\/strong> pendant 12 mois, incluant le d\u00e9samiantage de l\u2019immeuble.<\/p>\n<p>La deuxi\u00e8me vente, toujours \u00e0 Paris 10\u00e8me, concerne 760 m2 de bureaux vides situ\u00e9s passage Dubail, achet\u00e9s par un utilisateur pour une<strong> transformation en co-working<\/strong> au prix de 4,7 millions d\u2019euros.<\/p>\n<p>Une vente a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 conclue avec un groupe d\u2019investisseurs priv\u00e9s pour 4 millions d\u2019euros, portant sur une cr\u00e8che de 580 m2 r\u00e9am\u00e9nag\u00e9e, situ\u00e9e au 141 avenue de Clichy, Paris 17\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019autres op\u00e9rations d\u2019envergure sont actuellement en cours :<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 les travaux du futur h\u00f4tel Maison Breguet se finiront dans le courant de l\u2019ann\u00e9e ;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 les ventes par lots des actifs du chemin des Clotasses \u00e0 Toulouse d\u00e9marreront en juin ;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 le chantier de r\u00e9novation des bureaux du 143 rue de Saussure (Paris 17\u00e8me) vient de se terminer, et la commercialisation de cet actif se lance ;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 enfin, le Groupe vient de signer 2 promesses d\u2019acquisition pour des immeubles d\u2019environ 2000 m2 chacun (Paris 11\u00e8me et 15\u00e8me).<\/p>\n<p>Compte tenu de ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments, le chiffre d\u2019affaires des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s du Groupe au premier semestre 2017 s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8vera \u00e0 plus de 25 millions d\u2019euros, conform\u00e9ment aux pr\u00e9visions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le Groupe Terrot, structure ind\u00e9pendante d\u2019investissement immobilier, vient de conclure la vente de trois actifs \u00e0 Paris pour un total de 22 millions d\u2019euros.
