Du jamais vu depuis 10 ans, ce qui laisse pr\u00e9sager de belles perspectives pour la suite de l\u2019ann\u00e9e.<br \/>\nPort\u00e9 par des transactions de grande taille, <strong>le march\u00e9 locatif<\/strong> affiche \u00e9galement une bonne stabilit\u00e9 du taux de vacance sur la r\u00e9gion Ile-de-France, pourtant sous tension, et un niveau de demande exceptionnel, particuli\u00e8rement dans les p\u00f4les tertiaires.<br \/>\nUn seul b\u00e9mol, la baisse significative de 42% enregistr\u00e9e sur les transactions de petites et moyennes surfaces.<\/p>\n<p>Niveau <strong>investissement immobilier<\/strong>, la croissance est \u00e9galement forte. Grande tendance du moment, les op\u00e9rations de 100 \u00e0 500 M\u20ac, appel\u00e9es aussi <em>\u00ab mega deals \u00bb<\/em>, enregistrent une croissance record de 92%. Les fonds <em>\u00ab Core \/ Core + \u00bb<\/em> ne sont pas en reste avec une progression de 116%.
