Promotion

With a wealth of experience in Project Management, the group launched its real estate development activities in 2012, rolling out several programmes in new high-end housing, particularly in Normandy (58 accommodations were delivered in 2016), in the 20th Arrondissement of Paris, and in Suresnes.

HOTELS

The TERROT GROUP began its work in the hotel industry by creating a boutique hotel, La Maison Bréguet, in the 11th arrondissement in Paris and has invested in several youth hostel and student hotel projects.
